We love seeing how you wear Timi of Sweden. Tag @timiofsweden or use #timiofsweden on Instagram, TikTok or any other social media channel, and your photo or video might be featured on timiofsweden.com, on our product pages, in our newsletters and social channels – seen by jewellery lovers all over Europe.

How it works

When we would like to feature something you have posted, we will ask you in a comment or a message. Reply #yesTimi (or say yes in writing any other way) and you're in. That's all.

What you are saying yes to

By replying #yesTimi you give Happy Accessories AB (the company behind Timi of Sweden, reg. no. 556797-2590) permission to use your picture or video in our marketing: on our websites including product pages, in our web shops for retailers, in newsletters, in our social media channels, in advertising and in material for our retailers. We may crop, edit and combine it with other material and show it together with the products it features, and we may show your username next to it. The permission is non-exclusive – it is still your content and you can keep using it however you like – worldwide, and without any payment from us. Where you or someone else can be recognised, you also consent to the use of name and image in advertising under Swedish law (lag 1978:800 om namn och bild i reklam).

You confirm that the content is yours, that anyone appearing in it is fine with this use, that you are at least 18 or have your parent's or guardian's permission, and that our use will not infringe anyone else's rights. You agree not to make any claims against Happy Accessories AB or anyone acting for us in connection with the use described here.

Changed your mind?

No problem. E-mail marketing@timiofsweden.com and tell us which picture you mean, and we will remove it from our channels within 14 days (anything already printed or distributed may remain).

Your personal data

A picture of you is personal data. Happy Accessories AB is responsible for it and uses it for the marketing described above based on your consent; we keep a note of your #yesTimi for as long as we use the picture.
